Specific Responsibilities
Be a trusted advisor: Partner directly with the CEO, CHRO, and senior executives to understand business strategy and translate it to executive talent needs.Shape leadership hiring: Lead end-to-end searches for Senior Director level and above roles across the enterprise, including commercial, operations, engineering, supply chain, digital, HR, and finance.Deliver a white-glove experience: Build relationships with top executives, ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our values, culture, and EVP.Bring market intelligence: Provide insights on talent landscapes, leadership pipelines, and competitor activity to guide executive decisions.Own the entire search journey: Proactively research, source, and engage top leadership talent, as well as directly manage all candidate sourcing, screening, and assessment activity.Champion inclusion: Ensure every slate reflects a broad, diverse range of perspectives and experiences. Drive innovation: foster continuous improvement of executive recruiting practices and strategies to raise the bar with every hire.
