This position is located at Recreational Shooting Complex which is on Fort Benning, with Family & Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR). Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Prior experience with firing range operations, firearm safety, and firearms instruction. Work experience managing or directing range operations and sales. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Possess at least one (1) year experience with Gun Ammunition and equipment sales. Possess at least one (1) year experience with Shooting/ Gun Range Operations or Skeet and Trap and Firearm safety, and Firearms instruction.
Manages all aspects of the Recreational Shooting Complex to include Retail Store, Rental Firearms, Trap, Skeet, Sporting Clay, and Five Stand and Archery Ranges.
Ensures compliance with Federal Firearms License (FFL) regulations for the purchase, storage and sale of firearms. Responsible for overseeing firearms and ammunitions storage and physical security procedures.
Supervises employees performing duties in support of the Recreational Shooting Complex, develops and implements standard operating procedures, budgets, short and long range action plans.
Coordinates functions with community, and military representatives.
Performs other duties as assigned.
