Manage merchandise intake, tracking, organization, and return across concurrent shoots and studio locations.
Maintain real-time product tracking using digital tools and ensure SKU accuracy across systems and reports.
Support daily shoot preparation by building racks, organizing samples, and ensuring apparel, footwear, and accessories are photo-ready.
Partner cross-functionally with Production, Styling, and Post to meet delivery timelines and resolve sample or reshoot issues.
Conduct merchandise audits to reconcile inventory and ensure accountability for all client samples.
Communicate effectively with client and internal teams regarding product availability, readiness, and return status.
Mentor and support merchandise coordinators and assistants to maintain consistent quality and accuracy.
Contribute to process documentation and workflow efficiencies that enhance throughput and studio performance.
