Job Description:
You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) and Special Access Program (SAP) Government Program Manager (GPM) for one of the Fleet Support Teams (FSTs)of FLTREADCEN EAST.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Demonstrated expertise in managing projects, requirements definition, and solution implementation. 2) Demonstrated expert knowledge of government information systems, applications, and tool sets 3) Demonstrated understanding of how to gather and utilize organizational metrics and metrics reporting to support organizational mission 4) Expert ability to review complex problems, formulate solutions, and advise site leadership of potential risk areas. You will develop and implement project plans.
You will track progress and triage technical, financial and contractual issues.
You will synthesize requirements of functional areas, including engineering logistics, budget, configuration management, and other functional specialties into integrated strategies.
You will plan for and organize work in support of the program to accomplish a variety of concurrent activities.
You will examine security initiatives, protection measures and processes for application across platform, system, and organizational lines.
You will identify need for changes in priorities and take action to implement such changes.
