Job Description:

You will serve as a RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Production Resources Department, Codes 700, 701, 702, 710, 720, 730, 740, 750, 760 of PSNS and IMF.
For GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: assisting management with researching, interpreting and analyzing training and resource data to support fulfillment of project manning requirements. For GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: assisting management with collecting, tracking and reporting training and resource data to support fulfillment of project manning requirements. You will schedule and manage the training and medical qualification programs for the shop.
You will coordinate all travel processes, including selection reports, conducting travel briefs, submitting requests for orders and vouchers, and assisting employees with all travel issues
You will prepare and issue reports using computer data bases, including leave, overtime, backshift assignments, licenses status, and training qualifications and schedules.
You will make clear, concise and effective oral presentations and written reports consisting of graphs, charts, etc.
