Key Responsibilities:
As a Reporting Application Support Specialist you will be responsible for acting as the ongoing interface between the client and the reporting systems, STAR, iPOP, System13 and HIPPA Suite Applications.
Conducts detailed analysis to accurately match and re-index patient documentation to electronic health records, ensuring clinicians have timely access to critical patient information for ongoing care.
Provides project management support for healthcare information systems initiatives.
Facilitates the submission and certification process across multiple hospital facilities (NTX and CTX regions).
Manages large-scale re-indexing of patient documentation for all client facilities.
Demonstrates expertise in government and regulatory reporting, data archiving, and healthcare information systems.
