Key Responsibilities:
As a Test Automation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity.
You will evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.
You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Advanced proficiency in Test Automation Framework is required.
Advanced proficiency in Selenium Automation is recommended.
Additionally, advanced proficiency in Automated Testing and Test Automation Strategy is suggested.
Design and implement innovative testing strategies that enhance overall quality assurance processes.
Mentor team members in best practices for test automation and quality engineering.
Analyze testing metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives and deliverables.
