Job Description:

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER in the Head of the Facilities Engineering Division, Command Services Department of NAVOCEANO BAY ST LOUIS.
GS-13 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience supervisory skills and/or training, gained either in the Federal government or private sector. Experience leadership skills necessary to lead a team in support of the missions, functions, and tasks of an organization. Experience resource management knowledge, skills, and abilities, including budget development, planning, and execution. Experience organizational management to plan, organize, and direct personnel work activities, while coordinating with others to meet objectives. Experience the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, especially with high-level personnel. Experience knowledge of concepts, principles, methods, and practices of Industrial Engineering. Experience knowledge of the Command's mission, functions, goals, and support requirements. You will plan, prepare and present yearly budgetary requirements for command facility related projects.
You will assign resource within the overall allocated budget, sets project objectives, priorities, and target completion dates.
You will expert industrial project engineer on novel, complex and unique equipment, management and operations assignments, facility design and construction, location studies.
You will utilize an engineering approach to management and operational problems in performing duties such as advising management and/or technical operations officials.
