Job Description:

You will serve as a Supervisory Quality Assurance Specialist in the Quality Assurance Office Code 130 of PSNS and IMF.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing quality assurance problems to determine trends and recommend corrective actions that improve technical quality and reliability of ship systems in order to ensure compliance with quality assurance requirements (e.g. cost, project schedules, policies, inspection methods etc.). You will ensure that the ships system work and/or associated interface work performed by the shop is accomplished in a safe, economical, and timely manner.
You will direct the development of various code policy and process guidance documents for non-nuclear work.
You will work with other codes and shops to ensure an effective, coordinated non-nuclear program that supports the overall Shipyard goals.
You will identify manning priorities and distributes personnel assignments accordingly.
You will manage, integrate and organize work performed by others in accomplishing highly diverse and complex operations.
