Key Responsibilities:
Managing multiple sites across US like Cambridge, Exton, Baltimore, Raleigh, Washington DC including Eisai HQ and datacenter located at New Jersey. Additionally, sites outside US like Canada, Mexico and Brazil.
Regular assessment of vulnerability in network devices, analysis of possible patches/ resolution, consult with vendor Cisco, IBM to validate and coordinate with different teams like Security team, server team etc to finalize for a detail resolution, process change control, send communication to BRM, users and all stakeholders.
Daily IDF/MDF walkthrough using our automation report to figure out any possible hardware failure, locate faulty hardware, process RMA, process approval for a maintenance window to replace the faulty hardware.
Daily onsite support to C suite Executives, AV team, Printer Team, Onsite security team and end users specific network issues.
Assessment, plan, installation, configuration and deployment of network site migration example, migration from old 155 Tice site to new Nutley HQ
Migration from Cisco ASA to Cisco FTD managing through Cisco FMC in all the sites.
Configured, installed and deployed Catalyst 9800 WLC, along with 250 AP, in an HA environment by migrating from Catalyst 5500 Wireless Lan Controller.
Configured, troubleshoot and deployed 500+ AV devices (TC8, Codec x20, x50, x70, Condeco, Crestron etc.)
