Job Description:

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PHYSICAL SCIENCE TECHNICIAN (INSTRUCTOR) in the Radiological Support Division of PSNS and IMF.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: developing and overseeing radiological control training products or personnel, to ensure radiological control requirements are implemented in compliance with nuclear propulsion plant work practices and procedures. You will supervise branch instructors and subject matter experts who produce training products and conduct certification examinations of shipyard employees regarding radiological control requirements.
You will plan, monitor, and develop subordinate employees' performance.
You will communicate work priorities, conduct timekeeping certification, and leave approval for subordinates.
You will maintain NAVSEA and shipyard administrative requirements and directives.
You will distribute and balance the workload and arrange training of branch personnel.
