Job Description:

As a member of the Payroll Department professional staff, this position contributes general knowledge and skill in the Payroll Operations area to support the client. 
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the client with processing changes in the payroll system and respond to associate inquiries.
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve process execution.
Resolve associate and system issues.
Act as SME for payroll systems, processing, and regulations.
Assist with payroll audits and are responsible for departmental operational excellence.
Manage client hotel onboarding offboarding process.
Review and respond to daily payroll emails and inquiries.
Processing report request for HQ and other Ad Hoc request.
Assist with payroll data entry in the client payroll system.
Assist Management with payroll projects and issues.
Execute processes to help Accenture meet monthly SLAs.
