A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1.Be able to lift and carry weights up to 40 pounds. 2.Possess math skills necessary to calculate patron bills and take inventory.
Prepares and serves food items, busses tables, cleans tables, rinses and washes dirty utensils and pans.
Keeps work area clean and orderly.
Janitorial duties such as sweeping and mopping, cleaning restrooms, re-stocking of toilet paper and hand towels.
Assists kitchen and bar staff with retrieving supplies from walk-in coolers and freezers, taps kegs.
Performs other duties as assigned.
