Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as an engineer planning, programming, budgeting, and providing support for facility engineering/operation/acquisition activation, and applying engineering techniques in advanced planning documents to determine acquisition and operational costs of missile operations processes. You will serve as a senior engineer providing mentorship and technical guidance to other operations team engineers, planning and maintaining responsibility for major pre and/or post-program segments and functions as assigned by the unit lead.
You will be responsible for planning, programming, budgeting, and providing ongoing management of all operations and other support operations, including those unique to retirement and disposal.
You will be responsible for management functions inherent in facilities engineering administration related to pre and/or post-missile processing.
You will initiate or be assigned a variety of studies, analyses and special projects involving unique and unprecedented facility engineering/operation/acquisition activation.
You will perform engineering analyses and planning to meet new and complex technical capability requirements beyond those of existing facilities.
You will speak authoritatively on behalf of your group and provide guidance and oversight to the efforts of field personnel and contractors.
