You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement: Specialized Experience for the GS-14: You must have one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of this position. Specialized experience is defined as: - Formulating policies, procedures, systems and programs for Physical, Information, Counterintelligence, Safety and Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP)/Emergency Preparedness; AND - Preparing directives, guides, notices, and other correspondence to define and communicate security program policies and procedures; AND - Preparing analyses and reports of operational activities. The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
