Serve as a Tier 3 escalation point for complex technical issues related to VDI/DaaS, including logon latency, network performance (HDX, PCoIP), security, and application delivery problems.
Collaborate with Network, Cloud Infrastructure (Azure/AWS), and Security teams to integrate VDI/DaaS solutions seamlessly.
