Key Responsibilities:
As a FAM Manager, you will be responsible for translating client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of technology, function, or platform.
Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case.
Be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience, possess influencing and advisory skills, and be responsible for team decisions.
Engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions will be essential, as well as providing solutions to problems that apply across various teams.
Expert proficiency in Java is required.
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Estimation and Planning, Program Project Management, along with Intermediate proficiency in Delivery Risk Management and Issue Management is suggested.
Design innovative solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.
Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
Mentor and guide team members in best practices for solution architecture.
Continuously evaluate and improve existing solutions to enhance performance and efficiency.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions.
