Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 pay band (or GS-13 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing or evaluating project or program requirements, objectives, and metrics to resolve conflicts among schedules, funding, and resources for an organization. You will gather requirements from NAVSEA Executive Leadership, develop execution plans, report status updates, set daily/weekly/major milestone priorities, prepare schedules for work completion.
You will identify risk and barriers, and ensure that the stakeholders are informed and kept abreast of changes and status.
You will work towards helping NAVSEA become a data-driven organization that can adopt live data in briefings to allow executive leaders to have the best information on-hand to drive real-time decision-making.
You will be required to engage with the CNO Dashboard development team to understand what metrics are being reported to the CNO.
You will develop and implement overall program requirements based on new or revised legislation.
You will advise management and colleagues on difficult problems, conducting special studies, proposing options and alternatives, and representing a command.
You will utilize a wide range of technical and business systems, processes, and practices used to manage systems acquisition.
