As an
Agency Sales Leader
you will be responsible for managing the
Agency Partner Managers
for a Digital Ads Sales client. The team consists of a group of sales managers and sellers (total team size of approx.
40 - 50
) focused on growing
and expanding existing agencies and their advertisers
. This role will be reporting directly to
the
Regional Sales Leader.
Revenue Activation
-
owns total program performance against sales targets/client success measures for a single program across a single geo. Run an effective governance and performance management structure to meet or exceed function-level inputs and Key Results that drive Revenue
Client Relationship Management- work in lockstep with client stakeholders by understanding & operationalizing the function-level strategy. Communicate wins, learnings, challenges & business risks with the client. Leverage industry experience to be a trusted, strategic partner to client stakeholders
Deliverables- provides a read out of program performance in forums such as business reviews. Provides qualitative/quantitative insights and action plans to achieve revenue targets
People Management- responsible for interviewing, coaching, mentoring and performance management of a group of
