Specialized Experience Statement: : For this position, specialized experience is at least one year of experience, equivalent in responsibility to the GS-13 level in the federal service, performing staffing and placement functions under delegated examining and merit promotion procedure. Selective Placement Factor: Candidates must currently possess a Delegated Examining (DE) certification and must maintain their certification throughout the duration of their employment with NGA. Candidates MUST provide a copy of their current DE certification in their application package. Candidates who do not currently possess a DE certification or fail to provide a copy of their current certification in their application package will be screened out.
