About the Position: This is a Support Services Specialist, GS-0342-07 position for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Tulsa District and located in Oologah, OK. This position may be filled at the full performance of GS-07.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: GS-07: One year of experience to include performing at least 2 out of 3 of the following duties: 1) Tracking budget allocations or expenditures for an organization; OR 2) Analyzing timekeeping data in an automated system; OR 3) Tracking contracted services for completion prior to payment. This definition of specialized experience is typical wok performed at the next lower grade level position in the federal service GS-06. OR Education: One full year of graduate level education in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as public administration, business administration, industrial engineering, industrial management, or other administrative or management fields related to the position to be filled. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) by 18. Add the two percentages. Monitor obligations and expenditures throughout the execution phase of the operating budgets.
Consult with Project Area Office Managers on work schedules, material procurement and personnel matters which will affect the operating budget.
Plan work to include establishing schedules to meet priorities and suspense dates.
Prepare documents to order goods, supplies and services at a dual lake operating Project Office(s).
Analyze timekeeping data using an automated reporting system.
