Key Responsibilities:
This role offers a unique blend of technical expertise and operational support. While primarily focused on providing technical assistance to users of our AR technology, this position also involves hands-on logistics responsibilities.
Logistics Support (primary focus):
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for users of AR devices.
Provide remote and in-person support.
Develop and maintain support documentation.
Contribute to the creation of diagnostic tools and scripts.
Technical Support (secondary focus):
Receive and process incoming packages.
Manage the device loan library, ensuring devices are properly tracked and maintained.
Distribute devices to users and manage returns.
