THE WORK:
As a Quality Engineering Lead Test Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle.
You will apply business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies.
You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team members to share insights and best practices.
Develop and implement innovative testing strategies that enhance product quality and reduce time to market.
Mentor and guide team members in their professional development and technical skills.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and quality standards.
