Job Description:
You will serve as a (FMS) MANAGEMENT ANALYST OPS SPECIALIST in the Navy International Programs Office of NIPO FMS FIELD OFFICE.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04/NH-01 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Knowledge of management information system/office automation applications, principles, and practices; knowledge of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) policies and procedures. Ability to use the Defense Security Assistance Management Systems (DSAMS), in order to develop Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs) and amendments; ability to create and maintain Microsoft Ex c e I, Power Point, or similar software, database files.
