You will serve as a SUPERVISORY SECURITY SPECIALIST of MARCORSYSCOM.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NH-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Manage AND/OR supervise secure facilities, develops security policies and procedures, coordinates security programs across various entities, oversees budgetary matters, supervises personnel, AND/OR ensures effective protection of sensitive information and resources. You will develop policies, procedures and methods for implementation and administration.
You will independently plan, schedule, coordinate, carry out and monitor the effectiveness of the operation of the SCI/SAP security programs.
You will analyze and organize work and assignment of SCI/SAP functions to improve accomplishment of work.
You will review actual program performance and investigate abnormal deviations ensuring cost review of operating functions and make changes.
You will resolve conflicts positively, handle administrative and management concerns, address morale and take disciplinary actions.
