Job Description:
You will serve as a INDUSTRIAL PROGRAM MANAGER in the Operations Forces Support Department (N3) of COMMANDER NAVY REGION HAWAII.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. providing technical guidance and developing policies for the overhaul and repairs pertaining to all barges, service craft and watercraft. 2. develop and maintain a long-range overhaul/repair schedule for all vessels and harbor support equipment. 3. developing life cycle studies (including financial forecasting for program equipment) to project replacement or overhaul of major equipment (barges, service craft, watercraft) 4. oversee the implementation of vessel routine preventative maintenance programs. You will conduct or direct others to perform on-site surveys to determine maintenance and repair needs.
You will oversee the implementation of maintenance, repair, and overhaul requirements of assigned assets.
You will monitor Government Quality Assurance Plans and contract deliverables.
You will develop policies for the overhaul and repairs pertaining to all barges, service craft and watercraft assigned to CNRH and JBPHH
