Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure the team adheres to Agile principles. Coach the team on Agile methods and ensure continuous improvement.
Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
Ensure the team delivers high-quality software on time.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success.
NOTE: Client has Mandatory Contractor Time Away - 5 days Every Quarter. Mandatory to work 3 days a week on-site in Charlotte, NC or Addison, TX.
