Job Description:

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the Expeditionary Warfare Weapons & Energy System Department (JX), Weapons Systems Fleet Engineering Division (JXN), Weapons Platform Integration Branch (JXNW) OR Naval Weapons Branch (JXNR) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-13 and GS-14.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 pay band (GS-11/12 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: leading the planning and execution of projects, programs, or initiatives by managing project resources and quality deliverables to ensure mission objectives are met. You will develop and implement the organization's project and programmatic policies and procedures and determine criteria for assessing effectiveness.
