Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Human Resources Management, location is negotiable to the following locations: Indianapolis, IN Minneapolis, MN Washington, DC
Experience: You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Developing workflows that improve and control critical human resources and system-based business processes. Analyzing, streamlining, and automating HR processes through the use of advanced software development tools and platforms, including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and ServiceNow. Aligning technical processes with human resources management principles, ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of automated HR systems. Designing, developing, and maintaining human resources information systems, including the implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies such as UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate NOTE: Your resume must explicitly indicate how you meet this requirement, otherwise you will be found ineligible. Joining Customs & Border Protection (CBP), Business Process Solution Division you will utilize your expertise in coordinating and maintaining application software and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). This position starts at a salary of $124,531.00 (GS-14, Step 1) to $161,889.00 (GS-14, Step 10) Salary: Salary listed reflects the rest of U.S. scale and, if applicable, will be adjusted to meet the locality pay or cost of living expenses of the duty location upon selection. Process improvement and/or automation: performs function-by-function, element-by-element data reviews and analyses of the HR processes, operating procedures, and systems to recommend more efficient processes, and, follow through with said implementation.
