Job Description:

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN in the Integrated Logistics Support Branch (Code 220. 3) of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience of working with submarine supply support, technical manuals, planned maintenance system documentation, support and test equipment and training related to the planning of fast-cruise key events. Experience with establishing schedules, assigning work, and monitoring subordinate progress. Experience developing budgets and providing updates on budgets. Experience working with Integrated Logistics and Configuration Management. Experience in providing technical guidance concerning submarine configuration. You will ensure that employees are properly trained through formal coursework and informal in-house classroom instruction.
You will assign work, sets priorities, and prepares schedules.
You will develops budgets for the three major programs the branch has cognizance over and provides monthly update to the Workload and Resource Report.
You will set performance standards and evaluate performances.
You will resolve technical or engineering issues related to equipment
