Job Description:

You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Fleet and Family Readiness Program, Housing Program of COMMANDER, NAVY REGION NORTHWEST. This is a RE-ADVERTISEMENT of Announcement Number ST-12839194-26-CHL. Applicants that have previously applied NEED to re-apply to this announcement.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Serves as coordinator for facility maintenance, facility support and special project oversight; 2) Provides input to managers in the development of short and long range maintenance plans/improvement/renovation plans; 3) Monitors Bachelor Housing and Family Housing programs for compliance; 4) Monitors contract performance for timely and complete deliveries, quality and quantity controls; 5) Assist management with fiscal planning. You will conduct studies by collecting data on quality, cost and capacity utilization to create metrics for tracking overall family housing programs.
You will manage budget execution plans for all public-private venture (PPV) housing requirements.
You will evaluate reports to determine improvements, replacements and additional facility requirements for existing and future planning projects
You will develop plans for the inspection of housing facilities to coordinate housing projects and facilities work.
