Job Description:
You will serve as a Supervisory Financial Management Analyst in the RADIOLOGICAL CONTROL OFFICE of PSNS and IMF.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing and evaluating budgets and ensuring forecasts, estimates, spending and/or submissions conform to requirements, guidelines and financial objectives.. You will analyze and recommend costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organizations programs and administrative operations.
You will assign work to subordinates based on employees capabilities, priorities and difficulty.
You will implement legal and regulatory controls over approved budgets; and provide advice on effective and efficient methods for acquisition and use of funds to support the organization's programs and activities.
You will develop performance standards and evaluate employee performance as well as provide technical and administrative oversight, advice and instruction.
You will perform work in any of the phases or systems of budget administration including formulation of budget and estimates to support plans, programs, and activities, including presenting and defending budget estimates before authorities.
