Job Description:

You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST In the of the OFFICE OF THE ASSISTANT SECRETARY OF THE NAVY (FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT & COMPTROLLER) ASN.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with project execution and managing budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective operations. Experience with developing financial strategies and establishing governance for enterprise resource planning financial systems and aligning budget resources with program goals. Experience with Logistics and Financial Management modernization strategies, migration plans, and complex interface management for enterprise resource planning financial systems. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience leading project execution and overseeing complex financial management and resource allocation to achieve strategic goals. Experience leading integration of logistics and financial management modernization strategies. Experience overseeing migration plans and interface management for financial systems. Experience providing strategic guidance to align with organizational objectives. You will brief senior managers on program execution and provide recommendations to correct program variances or problem areas.
You will perform continuing program execution review, analysis and appraisal of the major operating and support programs within the organization.
You will provide interpretive and analytical advice on financial transactions and program Execution.
You will generate, recommend, and implement new and revised financial management concepts, internal controls, methodologies, policies, and strategies in support of the organization’s programs.
You will coordinate the development and reporting of cost/performance information in support of mission tasks for the organization.
You will advise senior managers on the development, implementation and revision of financial management policies, plans, and programs.
