You will provide and ensure all PMs and Engineer provide technical assistance to subordinate Commands for new military construction and upgrade requirements.
You will support development and implementation of all procedures, policies, directives, as well as engineering and contracting requirements.
You will participate with strategic planning, programming and budgeting submissions and prepares unfunded requirements justification/documentation.
You will utilize a practical knowledge of construction practices, methods, and techniques; and a thorough knowledge of DoD (ICD, DIA, NSA), DoN, CNIC/NAVFAC and higher headquarters policy directives.
