This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector planning, organizing, and performing work required to ensure proper customer service; processing and reviewing customer's applications for accuracy and completeness; AND scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring activities related to the operation. You will receive and process complaints and related investigations concerning residents to leadership.
You will participate in regular or periodic deficiency reviews, assembles facts, evaluates information, prepares draft reports and answers to correspondence.
You will process requests for permanent and temporary quarters.
You will counsel applicants regarding the availability, type, and size of quarters.
You will conduct joint tenant-management walk-throughs of quarters to evaluate the cleanliness, maintenance, and habitability of the unit, furnishings, equipment, and facilities.
You will schedule and coordinate the maintenance, repair, or other work required and conduct follow-up inspections to verify that discrepancies are corrected.
