The Staff Attorney will report to the Director of Hotline Services, and support Rapid Response services expanded services including: (1) screening for relief of unrepresented callers; (2)responding to urgent calls from community members on the weekends (3) providing information and brief advice for pro se respondents; and (4) preparing legal updates and scripts for Hotline team, with a focus on detention and removal policies and advising on due process rights.
