This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or DA-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Planning or managing commercial purchase requisitions by analyzing and implementing processes to successfully support the command projects; ensuring regulatory compliance with laws and regulations; providing technical guidance regarding contracting or commercial acquisition procedures; AND analyzing and providing solutions for policy and procedural problems. You will perform monthly account reconciliation and submit reconciliation packages to the Approving Official for review by required due dates.
You will monitor accounts for erroneous payments.
You will check mandatory sources of supply and obtain approvals prior to initiating purchases.
You will provide direct support to Government Purchase Card programs.
You will assess customer needs and process Government Commercial Purchase Card requests in accordance with policy
