You will be responsible for managing the flow of materials, optimizing supply chain processes, and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Materials Procurement & Logistics: Coordinate with ODMs, Meta stakeholders, and vendors to manage procurement, logistics, and readiness for the full BOM across programs (including L6/L10/L11 materials). Place purchase orders (POs) to ODMs as directed.
Materials Planning & MRP Execution: Collaborate with ODMs and supply/demand planning teams to maintain accurate subcomponent supply data. Ensure on-time delivery of components and commodities against Meta’s forecast and risk/buy requirements to support Clear To Build (CTB) status. Drive MRP readiness and compliance to forecasts and purchase orders.
Risk Management & Mitigation: Proactively identify, report, and help mitigate material risks (shortages, supply chain disruptions, etc.). Engage with commodity vendors for Meta-managed materials and support on-site supplier execution to achieve on-time delivery.
Supplier & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal cross-functional stakeholders, ODM partners, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Manage and report supplier manufacturing schedules and capacities.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze and interpret demand/supply and MRP reports to inform material planning and procurement decisions. Assist in developing and tracking KPIs for material planning, PO placement, PO coverage, and supply chain optimization. Collaborate with inventory leads to ensure optimal stock levels at ODMs and 3PLs.
Material Allocation Support: Partner with internal and external teams to support material allocation decisions that maximize rack supply to client.
