Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band DP-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing a wide variety of cost estimating and analysis functions in a leadership role. You will frequently assemble and lead large and diverse Cost Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
You will cost estimate for shipboard and shore-based C41 hardware and software systems and families of systems.
You will develop, present, and defend complex life cycle cost models utilizing a wide variety of cost estimating ting tools and processes, including, but not limited to, Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT).
You will defend cost estimates of complex Software Development efforts for C41 SR and shipboard hardware and software systems. including breaking proposed efforts into new, modified and re-used Equivalent Source Lines of Code (ESLOC).
You will participate in development of requests of proposals (RFPs), fact-findings investigations, and source selections.
You will calculate common EVM metrics such as Cost Performance Index, Schedule Performance Index, and developing, presenting and defending comprehensive Estimates at Completion (EACs).
