Job Description:
You will serve as a GG-13 Security Officer for assigned SAPs/IJSTOs in the US FLEET CYBER COMMAND.
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS/GG-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: I have one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS/GG-12 grade level in the Federal Service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as: 1. Perform Special Access Programs/Special Technical Operations (SAP/STO) security management; 2. Make access determinations as a Special Security Officer (SSO) or Adjudicator; 3. Manage or assist with managing a Command Security program; AND 4. Conduct arrival, prescreening interviews, and preparing background investigation forms. You will research, interpret, analyze, and apply appropriate instructions, directives, and guidance.
You will plan and perform assessments including the measures of effectiveness and measures of performance regarding the efficacy of SAP/IJSTO integration and contribution to operational plans and mission analysis.
You will facilitate program reliability by managing access to the specialized facility resources that support SAPs.
You will identify security gaps, specify requirements, and leverage lessons learned from previous operations and exercises.
You will address/mitigate deficiencies, implement corrective measures, and conduct follow-up actions.
