This position is located in U.S. Department of Education (ED) Office of Federal Student Aid (FSA) The Office of Federal Student Aid administers the federal financial aid programs under Title IV. These programs provide billions of dollars in federal loans, grants, and work-study funds to students and their families for education beyond high school. Minimum Qualification Requirements You may meet the minimum qualifications for the GS-13, if you possess the specialize experience, education, or a combination of the two. Specialized Experience for the GS-13 One year of experience in either federal or non-federal service that is equivalent to at least a GS-13 performing two (2) out of three (3) of the following duties or work assignments: 1. Experience with coordinating multiple projects and/or communications initiatives at once. 2. Experience developing and maintaining project plans, project schedules, and/or project task lists to keep projects on track. 3. Experience coordinating and communicating with multiple stakeholders across different teams to get deliverables/content approved and complete project tasks. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) The quality of your experience will be measured by the extent to which you possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs). Skilled in being a proactive self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. 2. Knowledge of project management methods and concepts. 3. Knowledge of agile principles, knowledge of development strategies, advanced marketing and business practices. 4. Ability to use excellent communication skills to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment combined with a high degree or organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability.
