Qualifications In order to qualify for this position, you must meet the requirements described below. Basic Requirements: Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail. AND You must have specialized experience sufficient to demonstrate that you have acquired all the competencies necessary to perform at a level equivalent in difficulty, responsibility, and complexity to the next lower grade GS/GG-14 in the Federal service and are prepared to take on greater responsibility. Generally, this would include one year or more of such specialized experience. Specialized experience for this position includes: Experience in Leadership & Coordination including supervisory or management experience, with demonstrated success in coordinating, synchronizing, and integrating complex work streams and requirements. Experience in aligning product development efforts with overarching business objectives and architectural standards. Experience in Technical Expertise with an understanding of project and system development methodologies, cloud architecture, and infrastructure/systems engineering. Experience in Product Management with knowledge in emerging software developments and a proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based applications. Experience in Security & Compliance with a background in integrating and operationalize information assurance/information security policies, aligning them with modern engineering standards and architectures. Specifically you will be evaluated on the following competencies: Strategic Thinking- Formulates objectives and priorities and implements plans consistent with the long-term interests of the organization in a global environment that takes into consideration the environment, resources, capabilities, constraints, and organization goals and values. As a Supervisory IT Specialist (PLCYPLN) you will be responsible for the following duties: Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning it with overall business goals and market opportunities, ensuring alignment with Chief Product Officer Guidance Lead a team of Product Managers/Associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment focused on continuous improvement, growth and learning. Driving customer insights into detailed product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlog items, providing clear direction to engineering and design teams. Leading coordination/ negotiation with leadership teams to establish and implement DCSA mission-related information flows and tool standards. Planning and conducting comprehensive analyses to support defining and refining requirements for the full range of mission-related enterprise architecture policy and process directives. Guide tech architecture, design, and roadmap for product strategy, scalability, security, and maintainability. Collaborate with engineering to translate requirements into efficient solutions and receive CPO validation. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, Mission, and support teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and ongoing management, facilitating effective communication and resolving conflicts The Office Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security established a Targeted Local Market Supplement (TLMS) for certain Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Cyber positions within the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System. Eligibility for the TLMS is based on cyber work roles within certain occupational series and on the work performed. This vacancy is designated as a STEM and/or Cyber position and pay for the incumbent will be based on the STEM and Cyber Pay Table.
