Competitive Compensation: Starting at
$17.48 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for night
shifts.
Shift Needed: 5:00 am-5:30 pm on a 1st shift schedule.

where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality bathroom products, including
luxury bathtubs and toilets.
We are looking for a Utility Operator in our Plastics Department. This position will be based at our Brownwood, TX location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality kitchen and bathroom products, including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting
 
Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities: 
Commit to working accident free. Complete 5S activities within department to maintain safe working environment. Visually inspect units for defects by performing basic quality checks. Maintaining records, logging inspection results, and documenting nonconformance issues found. Checking production documentation for accuracy and compliance with standard operating procedures. Testing and assisting with basic analysis as needed. Communicating quality concerns to production staff and management. Assisting with implementation of quality improvement projects and processes. Other duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications
Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.Must be at least 18 years old.
 
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma is desirable.Ability to identify minor discrepancies and inconsistencies in products or processes. Understanding of quality standards, inspection procedures, and documentation requirements.Ability to clearly report quality issues and concerns to relevant personnel. Familiarity with data entry and quality management systems. Ability to collaborate effectively with production staff and Quality Assurance team members.
