Responsibilities: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Design innovative software architectures that meet client requirements.
Lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative solutions for complex challenges.
Mentor junior team members to foster a collaborative learning environment.
Continuously evaluate and improve existing software solutions for enhanced performance.
Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine project objectives.
This role is hybrid and requires being onsite at least 2 days per week with the client or as needed.
