You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in Code 300N.84, the Operations Department - San Diego Division of PSNS and IMF. Salary Info: GS 11: $85, 307 - $110, 905 GS 12: $102, 246 - $132, 923
GS 12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: conducting studies and analyzing findings to develop and implement guidelines for measuring program operations, organizational efficiency, or employee development. GS 11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: assessing management or program functions to recommend process improvements to program operations, organizational efficiency, or employee development. You will direct continuous process improvement efforts to improve the Code/Shop management, business, and leadership performance.
You will continually gather, interpret, analyze, and correlate large amounts of narrative and statistical information.
You will analyze, extract, summarize, and identify significant trends and issues and forecast and estimate program requirements.
You will develop and implement systems and methods for conducting and evaluating self-assessments; and for recommending, implementing, and integrating changes when needed.
You will guide cross-functional teams to assess performance, analyze processes and systems, and plan and implement process improvements for organizational value gain.
You will develop training materials, courses, tools, and skills required to effectively implement management, business, and leadership systems for use by a wide audience across the command.
You will develop models for analyzing management and program studies, business and leadership systems, and their effectiveness.
You will make presentations and conduct training with respect to assigned programs.
You will prepare reports and point papers for a variety of uses.
