This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13). Incumbent will be the primary Analyst for Coordinated Community Response training development and implementation for the Department of Defense Coordinated Community Response to domestic abuse and child abuse and neglect.
Responsible for research, designing, developing, and facilitating training programs for professionals on domestic abuse and child abuse and neglect intervention and response.
Facilitate research-based training development, evaluation, and implementation utilizing diverse teaching methods, including interactive workshops, online modules, just-in-time training mechanisms, and presentations.
Conducts unprecedented special assignments on complex high-priority issues in which the scope frequently alters as the work progresses.
Identifies and investigates potential problem areas to develop solutions and/or new management and program objectives as appropriate.
