Specific responsibilities include:
Promoting and performing lifestyle programs, assessments and personal training services according to Sports Core standardsPerforming fitness services with minimal direction - Includes body fat testing, girth measurements, weight, cardiovascular step test, sit/reach flexibility testing and strength testingPromoting, designing and performing long-term personal training programs according to the needs and goals of healthy, average adultsEffectively demonstrating and assisting facility users with fitness equipment in all fitness and training areas according to quality standardsMaintaining accurate member and personal client records according to standard operating proceduresAssisting with set-up, cleaning and preventative maintenance for all fitness related equipment; weight benches, racks and equipment, spinning bikes and any pool needs
This is a part time position with shifts on weekdays and weekends varying between 5:00 am and 10:00 pm.
