You Are:
Field Services Digital Workplace Operations Lead will be responsible for managing the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. The resource will drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost, leading delivery, and proactively supporting sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence. Additionally, the resource is expected to be a SME with deep knowledge in Service Delivery. Master proficiency in Service Delivery is required. Advanced proficiency in Delivery Excellence and Technology Architecture Implementation is recommended. 
Key Responsibilities
Lead the technology delivery team in executing large, complex projects
Provide expert guidance on technology architecture implementation
Manage an annual budget of operational and project value of over 10M
Ensure delivery excellence and cost management for project success
Work collaboratively across all support teams and customer business units
In-depth experience managing global field service activities and a team of over 300 people
Manage and collaborate effectively in a multi-vendor environment to provide a positive customer experience
Manage third-party vendors inclusive of contract, relationship, and service quality management.
Drive trend analysis and recommend technical/service improvements
Report incident performance and risks to executive / senior leadership
Prepare and review monthly productivity and status reports to be presented to executive and senior leadership
Manage Citrix VDI / Citrix Cloud DaaS
Work with vendor and customer teams on Dell PC as a Service
Manage relationships with mobility partners like Verizon, AT&T, Vodafone, Softbank, etc
Manage Ariba orders for Field Services
Travel may be required for this role.  The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
