You Are:

A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your human superpower? Using your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring Oracle solutions. Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of Oracle as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

The Work:

Lead client-facing workshops to define planning, forecasting, and budgeting requirements across Finance and operational stakeholders.
Manage Oracle EPM Planning workstreams, overseeing design, build, test, and deployment activities while ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.
Architect driver-based models, forecasting processes, Workforce and Capex models, and scenario frameworks aligned with industry leading practices.
Integrate Planning with ERP, EPM, and reporting/analytics platforms to enable connected planning and consistent data flow.
Provide hands-on functional guidance and mentoring to project teams, ensuring consistent delivery quality and solution alignment.
Hands-on experience using Groovy scripting to build or enhance Planning rules, validations, and automation.
Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, estimation, demos, and proposal development for Planning and cross-EPM opportunities.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on planning best practices, modeling approaches, and enterprise-wide forecasting strategies.
Contribute to practice development through reusable assets, templates, accelerators, and participation in internal capability-building.
Travel may be required for this role.  The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
