Job Description:
You will serve as a SAFETY & OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH SPECIALIST in the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT (R100), OCC SAFETY, HEALTH, & ENVIR PROT (R108), EMERGENCY MGT DIV (R1085) of TRIREFFAC KINGS BAY.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with planning, administration, evaluation and oversight in relation to Emergency Management processes and procedures. Experience with the requirements for maintaining ship conditions and system status relating to fire safety and compliance. Experience conducting drill plans and strategies to evaluate all facets of fire safety and disaster preparedness. You will analyze mishap statistics, investigation results, Trouble Reports from other shipyards, and corrective actions from critiques/evaluations to compare incident rates.
You will conduct surveillance and enter findings in to the Secure Quality Performance Database.
You will conduct inspections, investigations and mitigation assessments, prepares/issues reports and memos.
You will assist the Emergency Manager with the overall management and implementation of the TRIREFAC Emergency Management Plan.
You will conduct analyses of complex Emergency Management incidents and work processes.
